**American locAL Return and Refund Policy**

At American locAL, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

**Returns**
- You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.

**Return Shipping**
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refunds**
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

**Exchanges**
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at locals@americanlocals.com.

**Non-Returnable Items**
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
